i-lipo - a revolutionary new laser system for fat reduction and body shaping treatments – ideal for calf's, knees, thighs, buttocks, stomach, arms and chin. With 2- 4cm loss after every treatment, clients can achieve the results of liposuction without the surgery.
How?Scientifically proven to work, i-lipo uses an advanced technique called photobiomodulation to trigger the body's natural processes that release the contents stored in adipose cells (otherwise known as body fat). The laser light gently absorbs into the individual fat cells in the treatment area, temporarily opening pores in the cell wall through which the cell contents can escape. This does not affect the neighbouring structures such as skin, blood vessels and peripheral nerves. The contents of the cell are collected by the lymphatic system and transported to areas of the body where they can be metabolised into energy during exercise.After each treatment it is essential you undertake 35 minutes of aerobic exercise to ensure the removal of the mobilised fat cells from the body leaving smaller fat cells and giving you inch loss.
Does it hurt? The treatment is relaxing and pain free, the typical sensation felt is just a slight warmth where the pads are in contact with the skin.
Does it work? Yes i-Lipo has gone through multiple clinical trials and they have all concluded that the low level laser does release triglyceride fat cells from your adipose tissue, thus reducing the fat in the area you have chosen to treat. How many treatments will I need? Eight treatments are recommended, per body area. These treatments should be taken twice per week at regular intervals. Your appointments will be 45 minutes long, this gives ample time for a consultation with your therapist, before and after measurements, and 20 minutes on the i-Lipo machine.
