Your ankles and legs may be feeling heavy and swollen due to the extra weight carried during pregnancy, but fear not, with this cool relaxing treatment they can recover. This treatment incorporates a cooling foot soak, scrub and massage to increase circulation and reduce swelling to help you feel refreshed. All topped off with a reflexology session to give your body an extra boost to support you and your unborn baby. Please note, it is always advisable to let your midwife/GP know that you are receiving reflexology.

This package builds on our mini package with the added benefit of a foot mask or paraffin wax treatment to soften and hydrate. It also includes a facial can be wonderfully relaxing and can keep your skin healthy and glowing.
NOTES:Most of our treatments can be modified for you, by using sensitive products.We suggest that you do not undertake any treatments until you are at least 12 weeks pregnant and no more than 32 weeks. Please speak to your doctor if you have any concerns.
When you go for your treatment, tell your therapist if you have any particularly sensitive areas or if you are uncomfortable. Most treatments will be done in the sitting position but we have extra pillows, and padding to help you get comfortable if you need it. A full medical consultation and disclaimer will need to be addressed at the start of your treatment, so please be on time for your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we think it is unsuitable for you given pre-existing medical conditions.
